Physical LNGSouth & Southeast AsiaIntroducer Only

Specialist LNG intermediation for serious counterparties.

IndoPac Energy connects verified buyers and sellers of physical LNG cargoes in South Asia and Southeast Asia. We act solely as an intermediary and introducer — never as principal, title holder, or financial broker-dealer.

01 / Positioning

Built for credible physical market participants.

IndoPac Energy is structured for counterparties who value discretion, role clarity, and disciplined execution. We focus on physical LNG opportunities where authority is identifiable, documentation is coherent, and the basis for engagement is commercially realistic.

We do not operate as a broad mandate marketplace or a public cargo listing platform.

02 / Model

Our Intermediary Role.

Our role is deliberately narrow. We connect verified buyers and sellers, and where appropriate, engage with legitimate representatives acting under clear authority.

I.
Verified introductions
Connections between buyers and sellers where identity, authority, and intent can be reasonably established at an initial commercial review.
II.
No principal activity
We do not take principal risk, do not warehouse cargo exposure, and do not take title at any stage of a transaction.
III.
No broker-dealer activity
We do not blur the distinction between commercial intermediation and regulated financial activity. We do not market securities.
IV.
Commission on close
Compensation is commission-based and earned only when transactions close successfully. We do not bill speculative engagement.
03 / Process

Transaction Process.

Our process begins with a counterparty review. Before any introduction is considered, we assess commercial credibility, mandate clarity, and the proposed transaction's apparent legality and feasibility.

Step 01

Initial review

Who is the party, what role do they hold, and is the requested transaction commercially and legally viable on its face?

Step 02

Authority & mandate

Where appropriate, we assess mandate position, supporting documentation, and any obvious compliance sensitivities.

Step 03

Controlled introduction

If a credible basis exists, we facilitate a controlled introduction between appropriate parties and coordinate as required.

Step 04

Commercial close

Parties negotiate and close on their own documents. Our compensation is commission-based and earned only on successful closing.

04 / Standards

We are selective by design.

We do not circulate speculative paper, entertain unclear authority chains, or advance transactions supported only by vintage claims of access.

We engage with
  • Credible, identifiable counterparties
  • Clear authority and mandate position
  • Coherent documentation, appropriate to review
  • Realistic commercial parameters
  • Transactions that can withstand scrutiny
We disengage from
  • Unverifiable mandates and authority claims
  • Multi-layer unclear intermediary chains
  • Speculative paper and broad circulars
  • Unrealistic pricing propositions
  • Contradictory or incomplete submissions
05 / Region

Regional Market Focus.

In LNG, geography, counterparties, and regional execution realities all matter.

Buyer requirements, procurement routes, and documentation practices differ materially by country and counterparty type. The value of an intermediary lies in judgment, positioning, and regional understanding.

Counterparty criteria

We typically engage where there is clear authority, credible counterparties, realistic commercial parameters, coherent documentation, and a lawful basis to proceed.

We are unlikely to progress speculative, unverifiable, or poorly documented approaches.
