Physical LNG intermediation, conducted with discipline.

IndoPac Energy introduces verified buyers and sellers of physical LNG cargoes where commercial credibility, lawful conduct, and transaction readiness can be reasonably established.

01 / Role

Our role in a transaction.

IndoPac Energy acts as an LNG intermediary and introducer between counterparties in physical LNG transactions across Asia-Pacific. We help identify fit, support controlled engagement, and facilitate contact where there is a credible basis to proceed.

We do not replace the role of principal traders, lawyers, compliance teams, operators, or end counterparties themselves. Our purpose is narrower and often more valuable: improving the quality of introductions and reducing wasted engagement.

03 / Working process

Our working process.

A disciplined review standard is applied to every approach. The firm engages further only where a credible basis to proceed has been reasonably established.

Step 01

Initial review

We review the approach at a high level: who the relevant party is, what role they hold, what transaction they are seeking to execute, and whether the opportunity appears commercially and legally viable.

Step 02

Authority & compliance

Where appropriate, we assess mandate position, supporting documentation, and obvious compliance sensitivities before advancing further.

Step 03

Controlled introduction

Where there is a credible basis to move forward, we facilitate a controlled introduction between appropriate parties and coordinate as required.

Step 04

Commercial close

Parties negotiate and close on their own documents. Our role ends at successful introduction and supporting coordination; we do not step into principal activity.

04 / Compensation

How we are compensated.

IndoPac Energy earns commission when transactions close successfully. We do not represent ourselves as principal and do not generate revenue by taking title to cargoes or assuming market exposure.
